Full Job Description

  • Manage general duties i.e., filing, photocopying, monitor e-mails, order stationery and ad hoc duties.

  • Be responsible for accurate update, recording, deleting, and monitoring of all relevant information

  • Book travel and accommodation

  • Initiate initial actions on all relevant forms, documentation, records and spreadsheets and Electronic Staff Record

    If you have experience in office administration, are a supportive team player and a good communicator then this is the role for you. You will join the Administration Team helping to provide administrative support across our three processing centres. Flexibility will be important as your workload will be varied, so every day will be different!
