+ Developing a partnership approach
+ Responsible for Managing and set up of Procurement Documents and process within the E-tendering system.
+ Expertise within specialism underpinned by theory and practical experience.
+ Ongoing responsive Engagement with Internal Stakeholders
+ Market development
+ Ensure legal timelines are met.
+ Complete compliant Tender Documentation
+ Lead and support development and implementation of Supplier relationship Management
+ Coordinates and delivers a cost-effective compliant contracts to achieve financial targets
+ Advises users/budget holders on procurement policies and procedures
+ Supplier engagement with unfamiliar processes
