If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!, As a Cadet Liaison Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our cadets, providing them with essential support and advice. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with training providers and ensuring a high-quality experience for all cadets at Warsash Maritime School.,

  • Support and Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to cadets on a range of personal and professional issues, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and support services.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including sponsor companies, and provide regular updates on cadet progress and school activities.

  • Event Coordination: Organise visits, events, and presentations in collaboration with Course Leaders and Academic staff.

  • Safeguarding: Implement and monitor safeguarding policies and procedures within the school.

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data input and handling in accordance with University policies and procedures., At Warsash Maritime School, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience for our cadets.     Qualifications: Degree-level education and evidence of continuous professional development.

  • Experience: Previous experience in Higher or Further Education, particularly in a student-facing role. Understanding of cadet education and training provider relationships is a plus.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

  • Attributes: A commitment to diversity and equality, ability to work autonomously, and a thorough appreciation of confidentiality requirements.
