A typical day in the life of a Cafe Bar Assistant: Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Provide information about the club's services and facilities as needed. Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.

What we are looking for: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Have strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment. A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service. The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. A team player with a proactive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

It would be desirable if you had a L2 certificate in food safety and hygiene. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role would be an advantage.
