Full Job Description

  • Conducting outbound consumer sales calls - both cold and warm leads;

  • Confident personality;

  • Providing consistently excellent customer-service;

  • Understanding customer's needs and able to sell features and benefits around these;

  • Making effective notes on the company's CRM system;

  • Being accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes

    • Due to the growth and success of the business, we are looking to recruit proven and passionate call centre staff to add to our growing team. No experience needed, full inhouse training is provided. Office is in Featherstone and Free parking is available.
