Full Job Description

A key contributor within the Sales team. A customer-focused, efficient and pro-active Call Centre Agent is being sought to support our trade (travel agent) partners

Established in 2007, Flexible Autos is a global brand working with many key travel companies, OTA's and independent travel agencies across the UK and Ireland.

We currently have a part time and potential full time homeworking position available to support our Call Centre in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, For this position you will be required to work shifts, weekends and including some bank holidays.
The key person must be able to deliver outstanding and enthusiastic support and be able to demonstrate experience of outbound telesales. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • To answer the Reservations telephone & action agent queries accordingly.

  • To make new live bookings in our system

  • To add, amend, & edit booking details in our system.

  • To show a willingness to learn about our product in detail

  • To offer ' out of the box ' solutions for queries and be prepared to go the extra mile to help our customers

    excellent customer care skills

  • good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised

  • the ability to work quickly and under pressure

  • a professional attitude when dealing with customers., Educated to minimum GCSE Standard or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills at all levels

  • EXPERIENCE
    Desirable but not essential

  • Experience and familiarity with Travel & Leisure products and marketplace

  • Knowledge of travel agency groups / consortia's.
