Full Job Description

This position will be covering both the Optical and Audiology departments with some of the following tasks:

  • All aspects of administration
  • Answering & transferring calls
  • Booking and re-confirming appointments
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Updating & filing records
  • Processing invoices
  • Sending out correspondence

These include:

    Based in Camberley, our store is opposite Camberley train station, as well as a bus stop with links around the city.
  • Our team We have a wonderful team of 43 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet. In the communications centre, a dedicated team of 2 people work together at one end of the lab/office, which can often be a busy and bustling area in the store. Life in store The team enjoys a vibrant and social atmosphere, frequently organizing outings and gatherings. Twice a year, the team comes together for major events, including a summer party and a Christmas celebration. Additionally, every couple of months, they plan fun activities such as bowling nights, ensuring there's always something to look forward to and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among the staff.
