  • Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner

  • Transferring calls efficiently

  • Responding to customer enquiries

  • Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments

  • Dispensing over the phone

  • Triaging patients with eye & health concerns

  • Supervising the Call Centre team

    This role will be based in the call centre and previous optical experience is preferred but not essential.

    Previous team lead or supervisory experience within an office or call centre environment is desired.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential. You'll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store. Previous call centre or call handling experience is a distinct advantage.
