Call Handler

To provide a comprehensive call answering service and administration support service to an identified pathway to the services supported by the Doncaster Care Group Single Point of Access Hub.

Dealing with queries from service users, inputting and updating data relating to Doncaster Care Group services working with clinicians and partners for the service delivery and providing excellent customer service.

Answer telephone calls as per agreed protocols, monitor email inbox and respond to emails as required & Handle customer enquiries both telephonically, system wide and by email.

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

· Telephone & Customer Service Skills

· NHS experience

· Attention to detail
