Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service based in Huntingdon or Doddington to cover for maternity leave.

The successful candidate will need to be competent in typing, and formatting documents and will need to be organised and able to prioritise their workload.

You will also support other administrative staff where needed with printing, scanning and uploading documentation to our patient record system and other general administrative duties as required., Carry out any office duties, such as dealing with post and photocopying; be responsible for document filing and ensure that the relevant records are organised, accessible and up to date.

Preparation for meetings, minuting and distribution and booking rooms as required.

Accurately input data onto SystmOne, our electronic patient record system, in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures.

Create and maintain both manual and electronic health records for all active service users.

Typing reports and sending out forms.

Reception cover as required.
