Full Job Description

As a CAMHS clinician in training, candidates will work within one of the multidisciplinary CAMHS teams carrying out evidence-based assessment and intervention in conjunction with their training, in addition to care coordination and contributing to service delivery within the team as required. This is a permanent post with this training year funded by HEE. After successful completion of the course you will continue your employment within the service using the new skills you have developed.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic mental health practitioner to work and train within our service. The training post will equip the post-holder to provide cognitive behavioural interventions for children and young people using an evidence-based approach. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings.
