The successful candidate will provide high-quality and efficient administrative support to our team. The Crisis Care Team is a new service within Manchester Foundation Trust's CAMHS directorate. You should be able to use your own initiative, work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Previous administrative or secretarial experience within a health or hospital setting would be advantageous.
If you are enthusiastic about supporting a dynamic and compassionate team, apply today and help us continue delivering outstanding crisis care!, The successful candidate will support the clinical members of the Crisis Care Team. As we continue taking our first steps as a service, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service and the best possible experience for children, young people, their families, and carers.
You will play an important role within the team, helping to maintain and, when necessary, improve good working practices. Your responsibilities will include coordinating clinical activity such as managing referrals and appointments, providing secretarial services including typing letters, and reports, organising team members' diaries and maintaining accurate patient records.
