An exciting opportunity has arisen within Herefordshire and Worcestershire CAMHS Crisis Assessment Home Treatment Team for an experienced leader committed to making difference to the lives of children and young people. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader to lead our busy service., As a Locality Service Manager for the Herefordshire and WorcestershireCAMHS Crisis Assessment Home Treatment Team, you will be responsible forleading the ongoing development of the service. You will work closely with theclinical leadership team and oversee the operational aspects of the service toensure delivery of a safe and effective service for children in young people incrisis and those requiring a home treatment evidence-based intervention.

A demonstrable track record of CAMHS work or transferrable skills inclinical and leadership experience is a must. You will have experience ofsupervising clinicians and be able to evidence operational leadership skillsand abilities. You must be able to gather, analyse, report and act upon dataand be registered with a professional body such as the NMC or HCPC. This role will require you to be highly visible and accessible .,

  • Significant experience working within a health or social care environment (as demonstrated by 5 years post registration experience or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of managing a health or social care service.
  • Experience of developing and implementing contentious change management programmes
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of leading audits and clinical quality reviews
  • Experience of providing clinical supervision to staff
  • Experience of managing HR issues
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience of supervising / managing multi-disciplinary staff groups
  • Experience of providing management supervision
  • Knowledge Essential
  • Knowledge of NHS or social care policy environment
  • Understanding of the performance and governance arrangements of the Trust
  • Knowledge of safeguarding children / vulnerable adults
