Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who can work within the youth offending context whilst also maintaining the CAMHS perspective and play a key link role between these two services. If you think you have the skills to take up this role we want to hear from you. You would join an established and supportive team and a service which places training and development high on the agenda.

The post will be based between the Brent Youth Offending Service at the Brent Civic Centre and the Brent CAMHS team based at the Monks Park Health Centre which is the clinical base for the Tier 3 CAMHS. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with previous experience of working with young people. You will take a lead role in working with local agencies, the private sector and the voluntary sector.

The Brent CAMHS team is staffed by a large multi-disciplinary team of clinicians. We aim to provide an accessible, flexible and responsive local service for patients and professionals working with children in the area using the whole range of therapeutic interventions, including behavioural, systemic, psycho-dynamic, group and multi-family work as well as neuro-developmental approaches.
