Full Job Description
The post holder will be a member of the multi-disciplinary CAMHS team. and will be responsible for providing mental health assessments and interventions for children, adolescents and families using evidence based interventions presenting with neuro developmental disorders, and other mental health difficulties. In addition, the post holder is encouraged to develop a specific therapeutic modality as a specialty for the service., To ensure high quality CAMHS assessment of children and families referred to the service.
To monitor and review young people including recording their physical observations in ADHD Clinic. To complete assessments with young people referred. This will include the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of a variety of therapeutic approaches either alone or as a member of the MDT and including medication / physical reviews for those on medications. What pre-employment checks will I need to complete?
