Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., Our Campaign Executives are an integral part of our Campaign Delivery Team and are responsible for the management and delivery of our BAU, templated marketing activity., We are a firm of exceptional advisors, working across the globe, in partnership with our customers and clients to deliver them a lifetime of value. Our customers, clients and advisors need to be supported by the very best in customer and client facing digital products., Knight Frank is looking for an experienced Campaign Executive to play an integral part within our Delivery & Production team. Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, you will work collaboratively with the Marketing Managers and the delivery team to manage creative briefs through to asset delivery. The candidate will provide support and assistance in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for ensuring our Campaign Executives have the support needed to ensure all work is on brand, beautifully executed and delivered on time.

By collaborating with the Creative Services team on all resource requirements and the Campaign Executives, you will identify the appropriate 3rd party partner to execute and deliver our templated campaign creative and support in the process.

This isn't just about delivering assets, every brief, no matter how small, is a vital part of our BAU marketing activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing workflow of Tier 2 projects, from initial brief to final delivery


  • Responsible for ensuring correct workflow compliance of all briefs through our creative platforms including Frontify and Monday.com

  • Responsible for driving workflow process end to end including:


  • Receive brief and ensure this is clear, or clarify where necessary


  • Ensuring the list of deliverables, budget and deadlines are clear and achievable


  • Creating project timelines with key milestones and dependencies


  • To create a Project Gantt through Monday.com to be shared and worked through for the duration of production


  • Collaborating with our creative services team to identify and secure the best resource partner for the delivery of each asset/project


  • Collaboration with the Channel teams to receive Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets


  • Ensuring our resource partners are correctly briefed


  • Managing rounds of amends, ensuring we work to two rounds of amends and receive consolidated feedback from our client


  • Reviewing all work to ensure this is on brand and of the highest quality.


  • Take part in regular stand-ups with the Campaign Delivery Manager to report the project's status


  • Ensuring any changes to the original brief as identified, change control is issued and budget and timeline changes are flagged and agreed


  • Ensuring all final assets are uploaded into our DAM (Frontify) and correctly tagged as per our naming conventions


  • To use campaign reporting/tracking (e.g. UTM, campaign codes etc) and ensure they are being picked up in the Power BI dashboard for future reporting where necessary


  • Arranging 'lessons learned' project wash ups at the end of each campaign so we can continuously improve our service


  • Support the Senior Campaign Executives on the management and delivery of Tier 1 briefs and provide holiday cover when needed

    Minimum 1-year experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns


  • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and successfully work across a number of projects at one time


  • Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation


  • Good interpersonal skills


  • Proactive, hands-on and a good sense of self-motivation


  • Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail


  • Flexible, adaptable and co-operative attitude; able to work efficiently alone or as part of a wider team
