Full Job Description

As the Campaign Manager looking after the DACH region, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the overall value proposition strategy to ensure our products meet the needs of our target audience and stand out in a competitive market. Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will be part of our European team focused on building our German and Austrian markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, and customer insights, with a proven ability to develop compelling value propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. What you will do

  • Value Proposition Development:
  • + Develop and define clear, compelling value propositions for our iGaming products and services. + Collaborate with product development, marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment of the value propositions with market needs and business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • + Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. + Utilise customer insights and data to inform proposition development and strategic decisions.
  • Product Positioning:
  • + Create and implement effective product positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the marketplace. + Develop key messaging and communication strategies that highlight the unique benefits and features of our products.
  • Campaign Management:
  • + Work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions. + Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
  • Customer Journey Mapping:
  • + Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. + Collaborate with customer service and product teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value propositions and product performance. + Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on proposition effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
