Full Job Description
- Creating innovative and bespoke campaigns including understanding audience profiles and how they consume media
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, whilst achieving deadlines
- Leading on e-mail initiatives - working on email campaigns across various C&T Brands using Mailchimp software
- Segmentation - understanding and implementing segmentation strategies to serve the best Artist to the right Fan
- Website Management - working on CMS systems to add new events to the website and creating a Website Link Strategy for optimum sales conversions
- Data Management - manage, maintain and grow databases
- Integrate, research and report on new technologies.
- Real-Time - spot opportunities to news jack across our digital channels
- Budget Management - manage show budgets and report on ROI
- Governance - ensuring all Organisations data entry points are compliant
- Trend Setting - R&D the newest ways to communicate with Fans

- Demonstrable Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Working in the live music/entertainment industry would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while achieving deadlines.
- Demonstrate Passion for Fans and understanding what makes them tick.
- CIM Diploma or similar would be advantageous.
- Detail-oriented.
- Confident data analyst.
- Experience in Google Analytics / Quant cast.
- Experience in Facebook Business tools, especially advertising.
- Experience in leading email initiatives - Mailchimp or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Integrate, research and report on new technologies.
- Budget management.

This role will initially have a focus on large outdoor shows and festivals but the team gets involved across the spectrum of shows at Cuffe and Taylor so this role will also cover theatre and touring.
