Full Job Description

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content across the key social platforms ensuring a consistent brand tone of voice and identity.
  • Develop a test and learn approach that drives effectiveness learnings across the whole Marketing Communications team.
  • Collaborate with wider Marketing Comms teams and core agencies to integrate key social platforms into all campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership briefs.
  • Build a true partnership relationship with the social platforms to ensure EE is at the forefront of all industry innovations and opportunities to maximise campaign reach and impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies and drive these learnings throughout the business.
  • Establish and maintain channel guidelines for the platform content, ensuring alignment with brand values and ID as well as channel best practice.
  • Lead a Community Manager who will be responsible for all campaign analysis and community management of the campaign content

  • The skills and experience you will have under your belt
  • Proven experience of planning and executing social content strategies that drives social engagement, brand and commercial metrics
  • Ability to balance creative impact with brand reputation to drive both customer engagement and commercial growth.
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms including analytics tools, and advertising capabilities
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas, ideally with experience of graphic design and video editing.
  • Detail orientated thinker with strong organisational and project management skills to balance tasks and priorities.
  • Confident working in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • A strong verbal and written communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels

We are setting up a new team to cement our brand as a leader in the social media space and we have two exciting Campaign Manager, Social roles: one focused on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and the other on TikTok and Twitch. In these roles you will be the key lead for the channel, using all your knowledge of the platform, the algorithm, the hot topics, the best creators to place EE at the heart of the conversation. You will have the keys to the door and be responsible for generating daily conversations and engagement with our customers that make EE their most trusted brand.
