Based in the Infrastructure and Operations Department, the IT Advisor will provide customer facing support for the whole range of equipment you would expect from a world-class University. Above all, you'll be passionate about providing good customer services and have strong, up to date knowledge of desktop computing technologies. You will:
- Be able to diagnose IT & AV problems from conversations with users with a wide variety of technical understanding
- Prioritise own workload and to handle a number of competing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Effectively manage your time, while working on multiple projects with different deadlines.
- Have used and supported technologies including Windows 11, Active Directory, SCCM, MacOs, JAMF, diagnosing network faults
