About the role 

We are seeking to recruit a Campus Services Team member who is reliable, organised, practical and able to deliver a high level of customer service. Ideally you will be experienced in health and safety, customer services and facilities. You will have the ability and knowledge to undertake maintenance tasks and have experience of completing administration tasks using all MS Office packages. You will be expected to work as part of a team, as well as independently so being self-motivated is essential. 

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic in contributing to our students’ educational experience and supporting our staff. You will need to be innovative, organised and able to prioritise your own workload within a busy environment. You will be able to work well under pressure.  

The successful candidate will be able to drive confidently and hold a current driving license for manual vehicles. 

Campus Services Team members work a 3-week shift pattern including 2 Saturday’s between 6.30am and 6.00pm and Monday to Friday between 6.00am and 10.30pm (shifts are no longer than 9.5 hours) and you must be flexible within these shifts to suit the campus needs. You will have a collaborative and flexible approach and will be working with the Campus Services team.
