Full Job Description

The Cancer Coordinator works alongside the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer - Cancer Services, Personalised Care and Support Lead for Cancer, Clinical Lead, Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS), Cancer Support Workers (CSWs) and team at the NGS Macmillan Wellbeing Centre co-ordinating, organising the essential day-to-day administration for the smooth running of our personalised care and support programme., The principal duties of the role will be to co-ordinate the administration, data collection and evaluation of the personalised care and support transformation programme activities and the Cancer Board.

North Bristol Trust is working to ensure all patients diagnosed with cancer and supported at North Bristol NHS Trust will all be offered personalised care and support, as per the NHS Long Term Plan.

This role is based within the friendly Personalised Care and Support Team, working within the Cancer Services Team which is part of the Operations Division. We work alongside all the Cancer Clinical Teams across the Divisions at North bristol NHS Trust.
