Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cancer Services Team commencing as soon as possible for a Cancer MDT Co-ordinator, Band 4, full time.

You will be responsible for supporting the Cancer Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs). You will facilitate the meetings and record cancer information live onto the Somerset Cancer Register Database (SCR)., You will collect, record and report a wide range of cancer data as required ensuring the Trust meets the cancer agenda including information collection for the National Quality Surveillance process and national clinical audits.

You will be responsible for the tracking patients along their cancer pathway to ensure all national and local cancer targets are met.
