Candidate Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Candidate Consultant to join our SEND Department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and an interest in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top-quality teaching and support staff in SEN schools, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of each school and uphold our mission to make a difference in education.,

• Source and attract top-tier teaching and support staff through diverse recruitment channels.


• Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.


• Work closely with consultants to understand client needs and align candidates with appropriate roles.


• Manage communications with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.


• Uphold the company s values and vision in all recruitment activities.


• Participate in team-building activities and company social events.


• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and databases.
  
  Proven experience in recruitment or a similar field, ideally within the education sector.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
