Full Job Description

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Capacity and Capital Planning Manager to join our Operations team sat within the Group Central Support.
We are looking for someone to help drive global performance by managing initiatives aimed at analysing, developing and optimizing Nord Anglia's critical operational resources. You'll work cross-functionally with our central, regional and school teams to leverage operational data to help develop capacity and realise operational efficiencies to support the fundamental goals of the organisation., We seek an individual to join as a Capacity and Capital Planning Manager where your focus will be:

  • Utilise operational data analytics to analyse a range of key performance indicators in relation to direct and indirect resources and campus capacity to better understand global school performance.

  • Prepare insights for central, regional and school based colleagues to facilitate data driven resource planning and optimization.

  • Utilise operational data analytics to continually review capacity constraints in NAE's existing campuses based on existing capacity and local supply/demand dynamics.

  • Support NAEs strategy for capacity creation across all schools globally.

  • Perform geographical markets analysis, including regulatory framework, size, trends, real estate market dynamics, market participants and barriers to entry.

  • Assess new campus opportunities against NAEs investment criteria.

  • Assess and validate regional level investment cases for campus capacity projects prior to submission to IC.

  • Coordinate NAE's capital allocation process, monitoring projects inception to submission to Investment Committee ("IC").

    Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, strong PowerPoint skills

  • Experience of organizational KPIs and data analytics.

  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting concepts and practice


  • Highly numerate with a sound understanding of what lays behind numbers and drive revenues and profitability.

  • Experience of various markets.
