Capacity and Flow Coordinator - Hospital24***NUH employees only***

This role will require staff to work closely with a multi-professional team within the Medicine Division and wider Trust, with particular emphasis on working with clinicians taking part in the Hospital 24 rotation.

Hospital24 is a fast paced environment requiring the successful applicant to have the ability to think rationally and stay calm under pressure. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks for a high volume of patients.

The role will provide cover to the department on both campus', in working hours, Monday-Friday., The post holder is expected to highlight any potential delays in the patient's journey to the appropriate teams.

The Department has operational responsibility for Hospital24 across the organisation. As such the post holder will be required to rotate between both main campuses that make up Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
