Full Job Description

Lead a team of three, including two production planners and one materials purchaser, while effectively influencing stakeholders both within and beyond the Stalybridge operation.
Find win-win solutions for internal operations and customers to minimize cost where possible, whilst improving customer OTIF.
Balance loadings and manage offload/transfer work from other sites as appropriate.
Contribute to setting Stalybridge s operational, sales, and capacity strategy.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end production processes, from raw materials to finished goods.
Collaborate with the sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and align production plans accordingly.
Analyse large amounts of production and operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
Promote a climate of continuous improvement and employee motivation and involvement at all levels, by participation in SKOPE.
