Full Job Description

Agency statement: We are currently resourcing this role through our internal Talent Acquisition Team so we do not require agency support at this time. We will utilise our supplier partners on our PSL only when we need to.

The Recruitment process: Interviews will be a two stage process with a Teams interview and then face to face at our site in Burton Latimer

The recipe!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the capital project process throughout the lifecycle of the project. This role will administer the project approval, setup on ERP, execution and handover process. The role will also ensure that safety documentation, standards are kept current.

  • Manage the Weetabix project approval process and handover

  • Setup of projects on the Weetabix ERP system ( AX/ D365)

  • Setup project file structure/ reporting tools by project and within the pipeline.

  • Support the internal communication of project activities through our Intranet, and all other relevant media platforms.

  • Be Capital lead for ERP system maintenance and upgrades ( D365/ AX)

  • Provide safety administration (including but not limited to the capital PTW Matrix, summarising inspection results) to ensure compliance with the Weetabix Standard for Health & Safety.

  • Owner of the Capital projects intranet and capital SharePoint page

    Documentation control experience

  • Experience of capital process/ stage gates.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • MS Office particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • ERP experience (D365 of similar)

  • Passionate drive with a strong sense of ownership and and bias for action.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Nice to haves:
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety procedures - Ideally IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.

  • Electronic Agreement Signature experience ( Docusign)

  • Experience with Tableau Reporting

  • Working in multiple functions

  • Engineering Experience / Knowledge
