South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provides the widest range of Mental Health Care in the UK. It currently provides over 230 services including inpatient, outpatient and community support to the residents of Lambeth, Wandsworth, Lewisham, Southwark and Croydon.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within South London and Maudsley NHS FT ( Mental Health)t for a Capital Project ManagerWorking as part of the Capital and Estates team the post holder will be responsible for developing capital projects from feasibility studies, through to delivery of refurbishments, backlog maintenance schemes and new builds., Working as part of the Capital and Estates team the post holder will be responsible for developing capital projects from feasibility studies, through to delivery of refurbishments, backlog maintenance schemes and new builds.

The successful candidate will be involved in the management of schemes from conception to completion following the Trust process and procedures, and will have the scope to input into and further develop the way estates projects are delivered.The post holder will be experienced in estates project management. Experience of working in an NHS environment would be desirable but not essential.
