This position is perfect for individuals who are keen to work on the frontline, are passionate about security and possess strong interpersonal skills. The appointed application will play a pivotol role in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all of our patients, visitors, and staff.

  • The Security / Parking Team provide a comprehensive car park and security service to the Hospital and Satellite sites in all weather and conditions. In this front line service you will need to be polite, helpful, tactful but firm and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. If successful, you will have a great deal of contact with staff, visitors and members of the public, directing drivers to car parking spaces, clearing entrances for fire calls, responding to all security issues and answering general enquiries from our patients and visitors; so a multi task approach is essential. Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is now one of the largest in the country, with a workforce of approximately 15,000 who serve a population of 1.2 million people.
