Cardiac Rehab Instructor

As a Cardiac Rehab Instructor at Lampton Leisure, you will work closely with, and be supported by the wider multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing and delivering a range of cardiac rehabilitation exercise assessments and sessions for patients following a recent cardiac event, cardiac procedure or with a diagnosis of heart failure. These exercise assessments and group therapy intervention will take place in a variety of community venues. Classes are based in and around the Borough of Hounslow.

To be successful in this role, you must have a cardiac and rehabilitation qualification, along with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. You will need to be a flexible, innovative and good team player with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the community setting. You will be empathetic with a strong passion for building relationships, organised, professional, and compassionate with experience interacting with a wide audience and influencing others.
