Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced cardiac rehabilitation physiotherapist to join our team as we look to expand our service to new patient groups and new exercise venues.

The post holder will take a lead in developing individual and group exercise programs for people recovering from a cardiac event and will be involved in service planning to provide care to patients across North Bristol. This will also be an opportunity to work with our colleagues in UHBW to share good practice and build towards a collaborative cardiac rehab service. The post holder will bring their clinical expertise to our MDT to ensure the highest possible standard of rehabilitation to our patients., Please see the job description and person specification attached to this advert for the main duties of this job.
