An exciting opportunity as arisen for a dynamic person to join our friendly and motivated Cardiology admin team based Leighton Hospital.
We are looking for someone who will be working within the admin team supporting our dedicated team of Consultants, Nurse specialists and other clinical team members. We are keen to hear from applicants who can demonstrate their organisational skills, communication skills and want to work as part of team.
A 12 month Fixed Term contract or Secondment opportunity., The role will include supporting the MINAPP service with audits, keeping databases up to date, looking through patient notes to collect the relevant data required and liaising with the MINAPP lead. The role will require flexibility to ensure that all aspects of the service is covered to meet demands of the patients., The role of the MINAP Data Administrator is to be responsible for the provision of comprehensive efficient and effective data management for the MINAP Services enabling the delivery of a high-quality service to patients and allowing medical and clinical staff to focus on direct patient care. The post holder will gain an in-depth knowledge of the MINAP database and will be required to extract and input data from the patients medical notes/care pathway onto the MINAP database. Additionally, the post holder will be required to provide data as requested under the supervision of the Clinical Lead/Specialist Nurse/Matron for MINAP and liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team. There will also be opportunity to support in other areas within the Cardiology secretarial team, supporting the HF Audit and other Audit services within Cardiology.
