Full Job Description

Applications are invited from dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who are looking to showcase their potential.You will assist in the delivery of service targets, streamlining administrative processes, line manage the Specialty Co-ordinators and ensure the day to day operational running of the departments is smooth. You will work closely with Consultants and their teams, Nurses, AHP's and administrative staff both internal and external to the organisation. You will provide managerial support to Management teams and Clinical Directors.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. You will be required to have GCSE's at C grade or above in English and Mathematics and a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience. A flexible approach to work is required as well an ability to get on with others in a team based environment.
