Full Job Description

Cardiovascular and Respiratory & Sleep Physiological Science Services are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead and project manage the cardio-respiratory accreditation programme at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
The successful candidate will support the Cardiovascular & Respiratory and Sleep services to develop a strong culture of quality and project methodology to deliver IQIPS accreditation to the Trust and sustain the life cycle of accreditation.
The post holder will identify gaps in provisions and ensure these are supported, evidenced and implemented in the participating disciplines.
They will lead the development and cross service line implementation of policies and procedures for activity, contributing to and ensuring compliance with IQIPS across Patient Experience, Facilities, Resources & Workforce, Safety and Clinical domains., + To develop an audit plan for the programme and perform regular audit of to ensure programme is fit for purpose and meets current accreditation standards.
+ Be a budget holder for an accreditation budget to ensure the robust financial running of the programme.
+ To lead on any extension to scope required for Cardio-respiratory in the Community Diagnostic Centres.
+ Operational and Managerial responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Accreditation Team.
