Care Assistant

Small and friendly residential home in Stafford requires an experienced care assistant to be part of a team looking to provide the best possible care for our residents.

We are looking for a candidate with Level 2 NVQ preferably, however for the right candidate, this training will be offered along with career progression opportunities and relevant training

Every resident at Brookside Care Home is provided with a personal care plan and introduced to a member of staff who will befriend them and their family, look after their personal needs and assists with any concerns or worries.

Brookside is located 1 mile away from Stafford town with easy access to local amenities and all major motorways and rail routes.

The applicant would be expected to assist with all aspects of personal care. They would need to be flexible in working hours as it is shift work.

The applicant should be of a kind and caring nature, enthusiastic and hard-working. NVQ 2/3 desired
