Full Job Description
- Supporting Clients to live safer and supported lives in their home.
- Following individual Care Plans
- Assist with Personal Care (Helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet.
- Supporting them with their medication
- Practical tasks such as Shopping, Mealtimes and Housework.
- Experience in Social Care is not needed, full training would be provided
- To be a compassionate
- resilient
- Willing to learn new skills
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Hold a full UK or International Driving Licence with Business Cover
