What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work:Up to Full Time Hours Per Week - Shifts: 7am - 10pm - FLEXIBLE Provider

  • Providing Person-Centred Care to clients, in line with their individual Care Plans.

  • Undertake essential domestic duties.

  • Managing Incontinence.

  • Accompanying clients to appointments.

  • Food & Drinks preparation & Nutritional Support.

  • Supporting Clients with their medicines.

  • Accurate Reporting and Recording.

  • Assisting with Moving and Handling.

  • Other ad-hoc duties

  • Polite, well-tempered, professional and attentive.

  • Be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each new challenges head-on.

  • Care experience is not essential as it is more important that you have a "can do" attitude and kindness.

  • Access to own vehicle is Highly Recommended due to the nature of the role.
