Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Care Assistant to join our team in St Albans and Watford. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a range of care to our clients, including personal care, mental and emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities.,

Supporting and caring for clients (Person-Centred Care) - this may be several hours with one particular client or less time with several different clients.
Providing personal care
Assistance with a variety of appointments and activities
Encouraging independence
Teaching life skills
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately

Experienced Carer with 1+ year experience in adult social care.
Good communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic
Full Driving licence and access to own vehicle
