Full Job Description

As a Care Assistant with ND Care & Support, your role will include: Personal Care: Helping with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Emotional Support: Offering companionship and a listening ear to improve the well-being of our service users. Household Help: Assisting with light cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry to create a safe and comfortable home environment. Health Monitoring: Keeping an eye on any changes in health or behavior and reporting them to the right people. Encouraging Independence: Supporting our clients to stay active and do the things they enjoy. Transport & Mobility: Helping with getting around, whether it's to appointments or social outings. Record Keeping: Making sure we keep accurate records of the care you provide and any important observations.

Flexible & Calm: You can adapt to new situations with patience and a positive attitude. Reliable: You can commit to set shifts (07:00-15:30) each week. A Driver with Your Own Vehicle: You'll need to travel within the community to provide care, so a full driving license and business insurance are a must.

We love rewarding our team for all their hard work and dedication, so here's what you can expect when you join us: Free DBS Check, Social Care Wales Registration, and Blue Light Card (saving you over £70!). Paid Travel & Waiting Time - because we know your time is valuable. Great Pay: £13.45 per hour on weekdays and £14.01 per hour on weekends (this includes your rolled-up holiday pay). Refer a Friend Bonus: £150 for you and your friend if they join us (paid after they've worked with us for 12 weeks). Paid Full Visits/Calls - we don't charge you by the minute. Comprehensive 5-Day Induction & Training Programme - you'll be paid at national minimum wage once you've worked 50 hours.,
