What does this Care Assistant job involve? Hours of Work:Up to Full Time Hours - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 - 22:00 + Alternating Weekends (Flexible Provider) Carers play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those they support: Duties involve:

• Supporting vulnerable adults to carry out daily tasks
• Provide support with hygiene needs where needed
• Offer companionship.
• Meal preparation
• Medication administration or prompting
• Home help and ensuring overall wellbeing
  
  Experience is desirable but not essential
• You must drive and have your own car
• Fair and respectful with a positive approach to your work
• Kind and friendly with a commitment to excellence
• Providing care with compassion and empowering those we support to stay living independently at home

  Hourly Rate Enhancement is dependent upon qualification.
