· No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

· A caring and empathetic nature.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

· A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.

· Paid Training: Earn while you learn with compensation during both initial and ongoing training.

· Induction Training: Covers essential topics such as personal care, medication management, health and safety, and safeguarding.

· Ongoing Training: Regular sessions to keep your skills current, including specialized training in areas like dementia care.

· Support for Further Education: Assistance with pursuing relevant qualifications and certifications.

· In-House Training Team: Experienced professionals providing hands-on training and support.
