  • Lead and inspire a small team of support staff to deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of every child in line with individual care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
  • Work closely with school management and external agencies to create a holistic care approach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on the children's and staff's progress.
  • Manage staff performance, conducting supervisions and appraisals, and supporting their professional development.

    We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Team Leader to manage a small team of support staff at a lovely SEN (Special Educational Needs) school in the North West. This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity to lead a team in a Komplex Care setting, providing essential care and support to children with complex needs in a nurturing, educational environment., Experience in supporting children with complex needs (ideally within a school or care setting).
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of care and support for vulnerable children.
  • A flexible, proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
