Care Assistant -Afternoon / Evening

You will be responsible for:
Ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents are met.
Assisting residents with personal care duties (am duty) such as personal hygiene, washing, dressing and assisting with meals.
Taking part in recreational and social activities within the home, such as entertainment and our daily activities to boost both physical and mental stimulation.
Promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
