Care Assistant - Bank Contract

As a Care Assistant at Sycamore Court , you will provide essential day-to-day support to our residents, helping them with personal care, meals, and daily activities. This zero-hour position is ideal for someone seeking flexible work, as shifts will be available based on need. • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with mobility, meal times, and other daily activities.
• Provide companionship, comfort, and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any concerns to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, adhering to hygiene and infection control standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
  
  Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided.
• A caring, compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
