Full Job Description

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.

- Implement and follow individual care plans to ensure the specific needs of each resident are met.

- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on care and any concerns that may arise.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Document any changes in residents' conditions or behaviours accurately and promptly.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to IT systems used for record-keeping and communication within the care home.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both residents and staff. A background in home care or familiarity with care plans is advantageous., Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential.
