Care Assistant - Full or Part Time (No Sponsorship)

No two days are the same. A typical day working at Phoenix would include;

Providing any assistance support to the elderly in their own homes that they may require
Helping to support to make meals and drinks for those who struggle to make their own at various times
You may be required to provide personal care which could include helping someone into the shower, assisting with dressing and ensuring they look their best for the day!
General light house-keeping, including cleaning and laundry
Assisting or reminding your client with their medication
Assisting with day to day tasks so your clients can stay independent in their home.
Providing good company and combating loneliness, and doing activities such as reading, knitting, gardening, playing cards, board games. Having a good chat over a cup of tea
Accompanying people to go to appointments or going shopping.
Due to the nature of the role, Candidates must be aged 18+.

We believe in being fully transparent and do not hide our pay rates. After probation rate (Within 3 months) we pay £12.90ph Weekdays / £13.40ph Weekends to all carers

During your Probation period we pay £12.14ph Weekdays / £12.40ph Weekends

Additionally on top of your pay rate you will earn mileage and 5.6 weeks of Holidays
