Job Details:

Salary Range: £23,115 - £24,140 pro-rata, per annum, plus Market Supplement £953 pro-rata, per annum
Work Location: Marlfield, Alton
Hours per week: 36, 24 or 18
Contract Type: Permanent

-Support Daily Living: Help with daily activities including personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of our residents.
-Person-Centred Care: Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
-Promote Independence: Encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
-Build Relationships: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
