Full Job Description
- You will join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
- You will be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
- You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits
- Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year
Ability to work under pressure - Excellent people skills

- Good time management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills, Willing to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
- A good reason or experience that has drawn them to care.
- Live within 30 minutes of the Home Preferred Requirements for Care Assistant:
- One years' experience of working in a residential or nursing home.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care or above

The home is set around a lovely old vicarage, which has been selectively extended in keeping with its character.
