Full Job Description
- Having the confidence to complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital
- Supporting clients to regain independence with tasks, such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation and medication
- Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First updated on improvements in abilities allowing ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
- Building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and the Home First team
- Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs
We are looking for experienced and reliable healthcare workers to support us with our reablement service across the Oxford city area (Cowley, Woodfarm, Northway, North Oxford)., You will need hands on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously.
Working a mixture of early shifts (7am- 3pm) and late shifts (2pm-10pm) offering a salary of £26,000 plus 30p per mile. All travel time is fully included in your shift, so no time spent at work unpaid. - Fixed two weekly schedules so you can plan ahead for that all important work-life balance
- £26,000 per year based on a 40 hour a week contract working a mixture of early and late shift
- Paid mileage between visits

- 50-hour contract with a salary of £32,500
- 30-hour contract with a salary of £19,500
